With this short commentary, I would like to try and explain a little bit of the symbolism and images that I use in my art. Also, with this post I change my IG name to be my real name and I will be posting more of these commentarys relating my art ✨🌀💫
As much as our materialistic thinking and perceptions would like to see, feel and exprience time as a linear and chronological straight line, the reality (and the being )of time is more like an Ouroboros or round cyclical shape. To accept the biographical, professional and collective global changes in our time, we need to develop consciouss capacitys to listen, speak and observe in a completely new way. Often this means that we need to identify, recognize, work with and then transform via love our individual shadows. Shadows formed by destiny (karma) can be transformed only with love, and indentifying this work is usually the most difficult part.

Reflections and beyond. At this time of the year in northern hemisphere (and expecially in the very north) nature goes through comprehensive metamorphosis via processes of death, decay and introverted gestures. When walking in the fields or forests on cold and misty days, one can experience very easily the presence of the supersensible world (or Tuonela as we call it in Kalevala) of deceased. As if the materialistic veil of life and death is lifted for a short moment in the front of our eyes.
Warmth (fire) and water are the two polarities that are very strongly present in the northern landscape and biosphere. The polaritys of winter and summer solstice devide the years cycle into cosmic inhalation and exhalation. The autumn and spring equinoxes level the daylight and darkness towards these polaritys. In light of four classical elements, we are always engaging the warmth and water with air and earth (soil) when we move between these cyclical and cosmic polaritys 🌎🔥💦
